 Wilson's Warbler

 Description

All plumages are yellow below with yellow-green above and a dark tail. The crown has a black patch which may be reduced in females and hatching year birds. All birds have a yellow eyebrow which stands out on the yellow-olive face.
 Habitat
The habitat of the Wilson's Warbler is broadly defined, but generally this warbler prefers areas with little or no overstorey or canopy, such as riparian shrub thickets, bogs, wet willow meadows and second growth areas following logging.

A series of rapid chip notes.

Wilson's Warbler is a summer resident whose distribution includes the northern Yukon, northwestern and east-central District of Mackenzie, southern British Columbia including Vancouver Island, southwestern and east-central Alberta, northwestern and central Saskatchewan, northern Manitoba, northern and south-central Ontario, throughout most of Québec, Newfoundland and southern Labrador, New Brunswick and locally in Tabusintac, locally in Nova Scotia, and is a migrant in Prince Edward Island.
