Join us for our Insect Pinning workshop and try your hand at prepping and pinning an insect specimen!
Learn first-hand from museum professionals about how and why natural collections prep and preserve animals for display and research.
This workshop is open to anyone aged 15+, with no previous experience necessary. Each participant will receive one insect to pin and a shadow box to display it in.
Please note: This activity will require working with real animal parts and the biohazards associated.
